NMTA-E (Next Mission Training Academy - Europe) is a coordination and logistics hub that connects accredited U.S. training institutions with military service members stationed in Europe. We handle the operational complexities so training providers can focus on delivering their programs.

Accredited training institutions, workforce development organizations, and certification providers based in the United States. Your programs should be eligible for GI Bill or MyCAA funding. You do not need prior military or overseas experience — that is what we provide.

A pilot program is a short, structured trial run of your certification program at a European military installation. It lets both sides evaluate demand, logistics, and outcomes before committing to a full-scale rollout. Think of it as a test drive for your program overseas.

No. NMTA-E does not provide accreditation, certifications, or degrees. You must already hold your own accreditation. We facilitate the partnership logistics so your accredited programs can be delivered overseas.

We support U.S. military installations across Europe, including bases in Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, Spain, and Belgium. Specific locations are determined during the onboarding process based on demand and your program fit.
